Dr. Dolphin graduated from Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia and completed a residency in public health and general preventive medicine at SUNY Stony Brook, Stony Brook NY. He is board certified in Public Health/General Preventive Medicine and Occupation Medicine, and currently the Medical Director for the City of Bethlehem Health Bureau, as well as Medical Director for HealthWorks for Lehigh Valley Hospital Network.
His current responsibilities for the Bethlehem Board of Health are to provide consultation and direction for medical issues that the department faces. Dr. Dolphin oversees testing and treatment for various infectious diseases, develops policy and standing orders, is director of the laboratory and acts as a medical resource.
He has enjoyed his time working with the Bethlehem Health Bureau and looks forward to promoting the health of residents of the City of Bethlehem.
Dr. Alia is a pulmonary & critical care physician at St Luke’s University Health Network. In addition to his clinical work, he is the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director of the ICU at the Allentown Campus. As a Bethlehem resident and physician, he believes in serving on this board to help in the mission to improve and maintain the health of our community.
Dr. Bacak is a doctor of internal medicine in Bethlehem and has been a member of the Bethlehem Board of Health for over 20 years. Dr. Bacak continues to serve as a board member in an effort to better serve our community.
Dr. Haggerty is a pediatrician in Bethlehem and has been on the Bethlehem Board of Health for over 30 years. Through her role as a pediatrician and board member, she is committed to improving our community’s health.
Dr. Marcincin practices general dentistry in Bethlehem. He has been a board member for over four years and is committed to improving our city through its health.
Patricia is the Director of Nursing for Long Term Care at HCR Manor Care. She joined the Bethlehem Board of Health as a means of giving back to her community and to further her focus on health care.
