HYDRANT INSPECTIONS

The Bethlehem Fire Department will be inspecting city fire hydrants throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Testing will be done Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with dates and locations to be announced weekly.
Testing zones have been established to lessen the inconvenience to our water users, and schedules have been arranged so that zones are visited usually no more than once a week. Residents should check each week to see if testing will be done in their area. Water should be checked before use in affected areas, as some discoloration may occur. This condition is temporary, and should clear after a few minutes of running cold tap water.
